All3Media America announced today that Greg Lipstone, long time founding partner and board member at ICM Partners, has been hired as CEO for the company. The announcement was made by All3Media CEO Jane Turton.
In this new role, Lipstone will oversee all day-to-day operations for All3Media America including the eleven companies under their corporate umbrella. Lipstone brings with him years of experience and knowledge of All3Media America having represented the company, along with several of its subsidiaries, since its inception. All3Media America will remain a client of ICM Partners.

He has always had a natural ability to bring out the very best in creative talent and it is very exciting to have him lead All3Media America as we continue to grow the company. He inherits a very strong team and an exciting development and production slate – we are all set for the next phase of growth of All3Media in the US.”

Lipstone is the third generation of a family who has devoted over 100 years working in the entertainment business. In addition to All3Media America, Lipstone has represented such leading producers as Nigel Lythgoe, Ken Mok, Conrad Green, Audrey Morrissey, Gurney Productions and Original Media. He was also instrumental in packaging such hit series as Dancing with the Stars (ABC), The Office (NBC), Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares (FOX), Undercover Boss (CBS), Secrets and Lies (ABC), Wilfred (F/X), Ugly Betty (ABC) and more. Prior to joining ICM Partners, Lipstone worked at the William Morris Agency for 21 years, initially as a trainee and subsequently rising through the ranks to head the agency’s network television department in 2004. He started his entertainment industry career while still a teenager, serving as a receptionist at The Landsburg Company during school vacations and summer holidays. He quickly worked his way up to segment producer on several network series and specials.
He is a member of the Board of Governors for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, an Associate Member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and on the board of directors for NATPE and the Hollywood Radio & Television Society (HRTS).
